Are your front
desk staff always available?
Our front office/business office
staffpersons are not full time employees and they have variable
schedules. Also, when they are in the office they are frequently
on the phone dealing with insurance companies, so you will often
get a recorded message when you call. Please feel free to leave
them a message on their voice mail. They try to return the calls
the same day, or the next at the latest.
If you need to
make a payment when you come in for session and the front desk
staff are unavailable, you can give the payment (cask or check)
to your therapist who will ensure that it is applied to your
account. For payment by credit card, you will need to contact
our front desk staff either in person or by phone so that they
can complete the transaction.
