Fees and Payment

The fee for the initial session is $200. The fee for subsequent sessions is $150. Costs for psychological testing are available on request and vary depending on the amount of time required. Payment is expected at the time of service.

Insurance Coverage

We will send charges to your insurance carrier for you. Although all of our clinicians are panel providers for some insurance companies, only one might be a provider for your particular insurance company. Therefore, it is necessary to call your company or to contact us to find out if a particular clinician will be covered.

To ensure benefits, you should call your insurance company before your first appointment in order to determine if services must be pre-authorized.
